SG Carpet Cleaning is an experienced carpet cleaning company in Kingston delivering carpet cleaning services of highest results

We, at SG Carpet Cleaning highly advise you to read our Terms and Conditions. By accepting our set of regulations, you are agreed to follow them in order to use our website or a service. In case, you don’t comply with these Terms and Conditions, we recommend you that you do not make use of our website and carpet cleaning services.

Pricing our carpet cleaning services

Our minimum charge for performing carpet cleaning service is £50. If we need to collect keys from a third party, there is an additional fee of £10.

For more information regarding our charges, please visit our Price List page. There you can find how much will cost you to do for you carpet cleaning. We are able to give you an estimated price of the service over the phone or email, but it is subject to change depending on your personal circumstances.

Please be aware that natural carpet fibres such as coir, sisal, jute and sea grass are cleaned by applying dry cleaning. However, we don’t offer this carpet cleaning procedure for these types of carpets.

If there are parking and congestion charges, it is your responsibility for paying them. They will be added to your invoice.

We are not VAT registered

Access

SG Carpet Cleaning will take care of supplying the necessary equipment and materials required for the cleaning process. However, the client must provide access to the property as well as electricity and running water. Failure to do each of these will lead to charging the client a non-refundable fee of £50.

Payment

Please, be aware that we don’t accept credit/debit card payments. We accept the following payment methods:

-cash

-bank transfer

-by cheque- only for regular clients As a general rule, we avoid cheques because we cannot be sure if there are enough funds into the client’s account.

Payment must be made on the day when the cleaning has been booked or 5 days after receiving receipt of an invoice. If you fail to do the payment on time, legal action will be taken.

For each booking that values £400 or over and the payment is going to be made through bank transfer, we will require 50% of the total sum of the booking, made no less than 2 working days before the initial day of  cleaning. If we don’t receive that amount in the stated period, we reserve the right to cancel or delay the carpet cleaning process.

Moving furniture

Before our visit in the client’s property, the premises that will be cleaned  have to be free of any items and furniture that could interrupt the normal flow of work.

In case, the client would like from us to move heavy items or furniture, they need to mention that when ordering our carpet cleaning service. If so, there will be an additional charge start from £5 per room. SG Carpet Cleaning reserves the right not to move objects or furniture if we have not been notified in advance.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking without charge you must do it 48 hours before the agreed day of the cleaning. Otherwise, you will be required to pay a non-refundable charge of £50. You can let us know for any changes by email or telephone.

Complaints

If the client is not happy or wants to make a complaint with the service provided, they should contact us within 24 hours after the completion of carpet cleaning. In such situations, we don’t issue refunds but we will go back and re-do the problematic area.

Our company cannot guarantee you that your carpets will be get rid of any kind of  stains. Should any spills and stains occur, they must be cleaned as quickly as possible in order to be completely removed and for preventing permanent staining.

Insurance

We have Public Liability Insurance to cover our company and cleaning technicians. We  inform you that you must call us with any claim for damage or breakage that you might have caused by our carpet cleaners within 24 hours after the service has been carried out.

Refunds

We issue refunds only if:

1. The booking has been cancelled 48 hours before the start of the cleaning

2. Our cleaning technician has not been able to perform the carpet cleaning for reasons that
